NSE-BSE bulk deals: PVR RE dominates trade, Jupiter trims stake in Quick Heal

Mumbai: Trade in multiplex operator PVR’s Rights Entitlement (RE) dominated the bulk deals on Monday, with various funds buying and selling the same. Also, Jupiter South Asia Investment Co trimmed its stake in IT security firm Quick Heal Technologies.

Among the frontline indices, benchmark Sensex rose 1.08 per cent or 398.85 points to close at 37,418.99 points, while Nifty climbed 1.11 per cent or 120.50 points to close at 11,022.20 points .

Here’s who bought and sold what in some of the key bulk deals of the day:

>> Gaoling Fund LP, Multiples Private Equity Fund, Multiples Private Equity Fund I Ltd, and Taiyo Greater India Fund sold PVR RE, while Nippon India Retirement Fund, Societe Generale and Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund lapped up the same.

>> Jupiter South Asia Investment Co sold 3,29,911 shares of Quick Heal Technologies at Rs 118.87 per share.

>>SK Growth Fund bought 38,000 shares of Tembo Global at Rs 128.58 per share.

>> Pradeep Agrawal bought 55,000 shares of Shree Bajrang Alliance at Rs 43.75 per share.

>> Companies such as Ind Terrain Fashions, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, and SH Kelkar and Co also witnessed bulk deals during the day.
