NSE-BSE bulk deals: Porinju Veliyath’s Equity Intelligence buys stake in Prevest

In another transaction, two Vanguard Funds sold 4.3 million rights entitlements of Bharti Airtel at Rs. 208.3 apiece through two bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.

MUMBAI: Porinju Veliyath’s portfolio management service Equity Intelligence India today bought 92,800 shares of Prevest at Rs. 228.9 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.

In another transaction, two Vanguard Funds sold 4.3 million rights entitlements of Bharti Airtel at Rs. 208.3 apiece through two bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, New India Assurance bought 30,000 shares of Texel Industries at Rs. 59.2 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.


Both the BSE and NSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing.
