MUMBAI: Norges Bank, which manages Norway’s pension fund, bought 1 million shares or 0.67 per cent stake in SIS today at Rs 403 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
In a separate deal, Steadview Capital sold 2.15 million shares of SIS at Rs 403.1 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE. Prior to the stake sale, Steadview Capital held 2.04 per cent stake in SIS.
On the National Stock Exchange, Al Mehwar Commercial Investments bought 627,586 shares of Home First Finance Company at Rs 563.41 per share through a bulk deal.
