NSE-BSE bulk deals: Nomura India Mother Fund buys stake in GR Infra, Clean Science

MUMBAI: Nomura India Mother Fund today bought a stake in newly listed GR Infraprojects and Clean Science and Technologies through separate bulk deals on the NSE.

Nomura India Fund bought 1 million shares of Clean Science and Tech at Rs. 1,715.3 apiece through a bulk deal after the stock listed at a 95 per cent premium to its issue price earlier today.

The Fund also bought 500,000 shares of GR Infraprojects at Rs. 1,714.6 per share through a bulk deal after they listed with over 100 per cent premium to their issue price.


In another transaction, Tree Line Asia Master Fund sold 885,692 shares of Just Dial at Rs. 1,041.15 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale comes after the company announced its acquisition by Reliance Industries on Friday.
