NSE-BSE bulk deals: ICICI Lombard sells 2.2% stake in MPS; Nomura buys SEAMEC shares

Nomura Singapore Pte bought 160,000 shares of SEAMEC at Rs 455 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.
MUMBAI: ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company sold 396,256 shares or 2.2 per cent stake in MPS at Rs 434.8 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to the stake sale, ICICI Lombard held 2.5 per cent stake in the company, as per the December shareholding data.

Shares of MPS ended 4.6 per cent higher at Rs 458 on the NSE.


In another transaction, Khurshed Yazdi Daruvala sold 4.5 million shares of Sterling and Wilson Solar Power at Rs 250.9 per share through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Meanwhile, Nomura Singapore Pte bought 160,000 shares of SEAMEC at Rs 455 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.
