NSE-BSE bulk deals: HDFC Mutual Fund raises stake in Power Mech

MUMBAI: HDFC Mutual Fund on Thursday bought 1,30,000 additional shares of Power Mech Projects at Rs 633 apiece through a bulk deal on NSE.

Prior to the transaction, HDFC Mutual Fund had held a 6.82 per cent stake in the construction and engineering company.

Meanwhile, Pinewood Strategy’s India Opportunities Growth Fund bought 8,70,000 Shilpa Medicare shares through a bulk deal at Rs 511 per share on BSE.


In a separate transaction, Tano Mauritius India sold 3 million shares of Shilpa Medicare at Rs 511 apiece, BSE bulk deals data showed.

Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing this report.
