NSE-BSE bulk deals: HDFC Bank sells some stake in CDSL

Prior to the transaction, India’s largest private sector lender held a 7.8 per cent stake in CDSL.

Heshika Growth Fund sold 1.74 million shares of SE Power at Rs 7.05 apiece through a bulk deal on NSE.
MUMBAI: HDFC Bank on Tuesday sold 1.98 million shares of Central Depository Services at Rs. 936.4 apiece through a bulk deal on NSE.

Prior to the transaction, India’s largest private sector lender had held a 7.8 per cent stake in CDSL.

In another transaction, PPFAS Mutual Fund bought 1.59 million shares of CDSL at Rs 937.3 per share through a bulk deal on NSE.


Shares of CDSL ended 2.3 per cent lower at Rs. 970.5 on the bourse.

Meanwhile, Heshika Growth Fund sold 1.74 million shares of SE Power at Rs. 7.05 apiece through a bulk deal on NSE.
