MUMBAI: Godrej Agrovet, promoter of Astec Lifesciences, bought 200,000 shares of the company through a bulk deal on the BSE at Rs 1,199.8 per share.
Prior to the transaction, Godrej Agrovet held 62.3 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of Astec Lifesciences ended 6.7 per cent higher at Rs 1,242.4 on the BSE.
Both the National Stock Exchange and the BSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing this story.
