NSE-BSE bulk deals: Delta Corp further sells stake in Advani Hotels; stock rises 13%

NEW DELHI: Casino and gaming company Delta Corp offloaded another 6 lakh shares of Advani Hotels & Resorts on Friday at an average price of Rs 97.76 per share, bulk deal data published on NSE showed. This is the second instance in two weeks when it has sold shares of the resort operator.
This amounts to 1.30 per cent stake in the firm. As of December quarter shareholding data, Delta Corp held a 33.63 per cent stake in Advani Hotels & Resorts. From the sale, Delta Corp collected Rs 5.86 crore.
