NSE-BSE bulk deals: Carlyle arm sells SBI Cards stake for Rs 1,061 crore

SBI Mutual Fund bought 4.8 million shares of KNR Constructions at Rs 223 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
MUMBAI: CA Rover Holdings, an arm of private equity giant Carlyle, today sold 10.6 million shares of SBI Cards and Payment Services for Rs 1,061 in multiple bulk deals on the BSE.

Prior to the transaction, CA Rover Holdings held 11.61 per cent stake in the credit card company, promoted by State Bank of India.

Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund bought 4.8 million shares of KNR Constructions at Rs 223 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.


In another transaction, Vanguard’s emerging markets fund bought 348,311 shares of Computer Age Management at Rs 2,781.8 apiece.
