NSE-BSE bulk deals: American Funds buys stake in SIS

MUMBAI: American Funds Fundamental Investors today bought 2.62 million shares of SIS at Rs. 535 apiece through multiple block deals on the BSE.

On the other hand, Malabar India Fund, Malabar Select Fund, Vocational Skill Council India, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, among others sold some stake in SIS through multiple block deals on the BSE.

In another transaction, Societe Generale sold 2.7 million shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance at Rs. 221.3 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
