NSE-BSE bulk deals: Amansa Holdings trims stake in Cyient; Goldman Sachs buys Laxmi Organics

MUMBAI: Amansa Holdings sold 656,968 shares of Cyient ts Rs 654 apiece today through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to today’s share sale, Amansa Holdings had 9.30 per cent stake in the information technology company. Shares of Cyient ended 2.7 per cent lower at Rs 647 on the NSE.

In another transaction, Goldman Sachs India Fund bought 1.67 million shares of debutant Laxmi Organic through a bulk deal on the NSE at Rs 155.7 per share.


Laxmi Organic ended 5.5 per cent higher than its issue price of Rs 155 on the NSE.
