MUMBAI: Promoter of Adani Green Energy, Adani Trading Services, today sold an additional stake in the company through two block deals on the BSE, exchange data showed.
As many as 36.15 million shares or 2.3 per cent stake in the company was sold at Rs 915.37 per share. The stake sold by Adani Trading was bought by ACME Trade and Investment.
Last week, Adani Trading Services had sold 1.28 per cent stake in the renewable energy company in two separate block deals on the BSE at an average price of Rs 911.1 apiece. The stake was sold to ACME Trading and Investment.
