The brokerage has been penalised for passing on the penalty on upfront or peak margin to its clients.

Mumbai: The NSE has prohibited Yes Securities from onboarding any new clients for the next three months and imposed a monetary penalty of ₹1 lakh on the broker, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

The Bank said that its subsidiary has received an order dated May 26 from National Stock Exchange of India. The brokerage has been penalised for passing on the penalty on upfront or peak margin to its clients.
