Norway’s pension fund raises stake in Den Networks

Mumbai: Government Pension Fund Global has raised its stake in DEN Networks through purchase of 18.3 lakh shares or 0.9% stake in the company on Thursday, bulk deal data on the National Stock Exchange of India's website showed.

Government Pension Fund Global is a sovereign wealth fund of Government of Norway.

The fund bought the stake at Rs 104 per share. The fund held 1.5% stake in the company at the end of the December quarter. The seller's name could not be ascertained immediately.

Shares of DEN Networks ended up 1.45% at Rs 105 on the BSE on Thursday. The company's shares have risen 14.75% in the last one year.

The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 149.55 on January 15, 2018 and a 52-week low of Rs 65 on August 11, 2017.
