Noble Explochem to issue equity shares

MUMBAI: Noble Explochem plans to issue around 90,00,000 equity shares and 90,00,000 warrants of Rs 10 face value at Rs 14.50 each. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of Rs 10 on preferential basis.

At 10.32 AM, Noble Explochem shares, however, were down 0.83 per cent at Rs 18 on BSE, with volume traded at 37,351 against two-week average of 61,690 shares.
