MUMBAI: Nitin M. Shah, managing director and promoter of Nitin Fire Protection has pledged 50,00,000 shares to Axis Bank for credit facility availed by the company.
The stock was witnessing profit booking and was down 1.63 per cent to day’s low at Rs 78.40 on the NSE. Around 37491 shares were traded in the counter.
