Mumbai: NHPC’s offer for sale (OFS) was subscribed 3.9 times on Friday. The offer opened for subscription for non-retail investors on January 18 and for retail subscription on January 19.
The offer proposed selling up to 2.50% of the paid-up capital and an additional 1% in case of over-subscription at a floor price of 66 apiece. The indicative price for the bid was 70.20. Shares of NHPC gained 3.80% on Friday to close at 73.80.
