NHPC, Future Consumer among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 91.39 points up at 39,774.68 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Amines Plastic (up 20 per cent) , Narmada Gelatine (up 20 per cent), Dynacons Systems (up 20.00 per cent) , Cenlub Industries (up 19.00 per cent) , Shree Karthik (up 18.78 per cent), Country Condos (up 18.07 per cent) , Narayani Steels (up 16.41 per cent) , Sambhaav Media (up 16.24 per cent) , Transpek Industries (up 15.33 per cent) and Palred Technologies (up 14.81 per cent) were among the top performers.

NHPC (up 6.99 per cent) and Future Consumer (up 5.06 per cent) too were trading 5-6 per cent higher at around the same time.


The Nifty 50 index was trading 23.15 points up at 11,947.90.

Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 32 shares were trading in the green, while 17 were in the red.
