Over the next three-five years, around 1,500 km of completed and operational national highways will be introduced into the InvIT, opening substantial investment avenues for the public, NHAI chairman Santosh Kumar Yadav said.

New Delhi: The National Highways Authority of India has incorporated Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers Pvt Ltd (RIIMPL) as the investment manager for the proposed Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (RIIT).

The first issuance of units in the public infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) for retail and public investors is expected in February 2026.

Over the next three-five years, around 1,500 km of completed and operational national highways will be introduced into the InvIT, opening substantial investment avenues for the public, NHAI chairman Santosh Kumar Yadav said.
