NEW-BSE bulk deals: HDFC sells 3% stake in Bandhan Bank

NEW DELHI: Mortgage lender HDFC sold 4.96 crore shares of Bandhan Bank through a bulk deal on Friday at an average price of Rs 306.61 per share, data published by BSE showed.
The shares constitute 3.08 per cent of the total outstanding shares of Bandhan Bank. HDFC held a 9.89 per cent stake in the lender, according to shareholding data uploaded on BSE.
Some of the shares sold by HDFC were acquired by institutional investor Societe Generale. It was not immediately clear who bought the rest of the shares.
