MUMBAI: Redington has been appointed by Dell India to distributor smartphones for the Southern India region.
“The distribution arrangement is expected to strengthen the company's foot hold in the fast growing telecom vertical. Under this tie up, the company would do billing through new City Distributors (CD) to be appointed across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh,” the company said in a statement.
The stock was at Rs 78.05, up 3.51 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 79.90 and low of Rs 76 in trade so far.
