Neha International acquires Oromia Wonders; stock up

Shares of Neha International maintained its upward journey after the company entered into share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 49.99 per cent stake in Oromia Wonders.

MUMBAI: Shares of Neha International maintained its upward journey after the company entered into share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 49.99 per cent stake in Oromia Wonders.

The company’s wholly owned Subsidiary Globeagro Holdings, Mauritius has entered into share purchase agreement with M/s Oromia wonders PLC, a floriculture unit located in Ethiopia, to acquire 49.99% in the latter.
With this acquisition M/s. Globeagro Holdings will hold 99.999% in M/s Oromia Wonders PLC.

The scrip was at 244.60, up Rs 10.15 or 4.33 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 255.60 and low of Rs 239 in trade so far.
