NDTV promoters raise stake in company to 71.38 pc

MUMBAI: Promoter group of New Delhi Television Ltd have increased their holding in the company to 71.38 percent, a stock exchange notice said on Monday.

The promoters, Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy and RRPR Holdings Pvt Ltd acquired 20.28 percent in an open offer and another 7.73 percent through open market purchases, it said in a statement.
