Over the past four quarters, mutual funds (MFs) have steadily increased their stakes in nearly 39 companies from the Nifty Microcap 250 index, taking December 2024 as the base period. Retail investors often track institutional activity closely, as MF investment decisions are typically backed by in-depth research and analysis.
Among these companies, nine stocks—where MFs consistently raised their holdings—have delivered returns of over 25% in the past year. Notably, two of them turned into multibaggers, more than doubling in value within 12 months and generating substantial gains for investors.
