Rs 1,000 crore AI deal puts E2E Networks in focus.
E2E Networks shares are up 200% since the beginning of the year.
The arrangement has an aggregate contract value of approximately Rs 1,000 crore, excluding applicable taxes, and will remain valid until June 2029. E2E Networks said the agreement marks a significant milestone in its strategy of adding customers through longer-term contracts.
Under the term sheet, the company will provide long-term AI infrastructure, including cloud GPUs and allied services, to the domestic customer. The services are scheduled to continue until June 2029.
E2E Networks QIP
In a separate development on Monday, E2E Networks' board approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), rights issue, follow-on public offer (FPO) or other permitted routes. The cloud and AI infrastructure provider is looking to expand its capacity amid strong demand from the artificial intelligence ecosystem.The company said the fundraise was approved at its board meeting on August 31. The proposed issue could comprise equity shares or other eligible securities and may be carried out through a public or private offering to investors. The board also approved the convening of E2E Networks' 17th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026.
E2E Networks provides cloud computing and AI infrastructure services, including GPU-powered infrastructure and its TIR AI/ML platform. Its services cater to businesses and developers building and deploying AI and other compute-intensive applications.
E2E Networks Q1 results
The company reported a net profit of Rs 44 crore in Q1FY27, compared with a net loss of Rs 28 crore in the year-ago quarter.The company’s revenue from operations came in at Rs 157 crore for the quarter under review, registering a growth of 334% from Rs 36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, E2E said in a regulatory filing.
Margins shot up a massive 4,610 basis points YoY to 75.2% from 29.1% in the year-ago period. EBITDA stood at Rs 118 crore, up 1,023% from Rs 10.5 crore, E2E’s investor presentation showed.
