Textiles firm Mudra Lifestyle Ltd said on Monday its board has decided to allot 3 million share warrants to the founders at 120 rupees each.

MUMBAI: Textiles firm Mudra Lifestyle Ltd said on Monday its board has decided to allot 3 million share warrants to the founders at 120 rupees each.

The company did not mention what it intends to do with the money. Shares in the company ended at 71.20 rupees on Friday in the Mumbai market.
