MSCI index entries continue the surge ahead of inclusion
Shares of Bharti Infra gained 7 per cent, Marico surged 5 per cent, Shree Cement 5 per cent and Eicher Motors 4 per cent in intraday trade.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Indian companies due to be included in MSCI index are continuing their surge since the announcement to this affect came on May 12.
On Friday, shares of Bharti Infra gained 7 per cent, Marico surged 5 per cent, Shree Cement 5 per cent and Eicher Motors 4 per cent in intraday trade.
Shares of Lupin, Container Corp of India and Bharat Forge rallied 3 per cent in intraday trade.
MSCI index complier announced on May 12 that these seven companies will be included in the index.
Bharti Infratel Ltd, Marico Ltd, Shree Cement Ltd, and Eicher Motors Ltd have hit record highs this month.
