Motilal Oswal Q3 Results: Cons PAT falls 14% YoY to Rs 565 crore, revenue up 12%
Motilal Oswal Q3 Results: Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) reported a 14% YoY decline in Q3FY25 net profit to ₹565 crore despite a 12% rise in revenue. Sequentially, PAT dropped 50%, while segment performance showed mixed trends.

The profit after tax (PAT) fell 50% on a sequential basis versus Rs 1,120 crore reported in the year ago period. Meanwhile, the topline saw a 30% drop on a quarter-on-quarter basis as against Rs 2,838 crore recorded in Q2FY25.
MOFSL announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.

Segment revenue
1) Wealth management: In this segment, MOFSL reported a revenue of Rs 9,610 crore in Q3FY25 versus Rs 1,189 crore in Q2FY25 and Rs 8,225 crore in Q3FY24.2) Capital Markets: This segment reported a revenue of Rs 158.52 crore versus Rs 183 crore in Q2FY25 and Rs 92 crore in Q3FY24.
4) Treasury Investments: The company reported a revenue of Rs 177 crore in Q3FY25 versus Rs 861 crore in Q2FY25 and Rs 414 crore in Q3FY24.

The earnings were announced after market hours and MOFSL shares ended at Rs 655 on the NSE, down by Rs 8.30 or 1.25%.
