Morgan Stanley Mauritius sells 0.7% in Reliance Naval

MUMBAI: Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company on Wednesday sold 53.09 lakh shares of Reliance Naval and Engineering, or 0.7 per cent stake, bulk deal data on the BSE showed. Morgan Stanley Mauritius sold the stake at Rs 1.28 per share. Alpha Leon Enterprises LLP bought 37.5 lakh shares of Reliance Naval at Rs 1.28 per share. Morgan Stanley Mauritius held 1.75 per cent in Reliance Naval at the end of June quarter while Morgan Stanley (France) SA held 1.35 per cent stake. Shares of Reliance Naval and Engineering ended down 4.5 per cent at Rs 1.28 on Wednesday. The stock has fallen 91 per cent so far in 2019.
