Mopshop Distribution’s Rs 27.26-crore IPO was subscribed 1.59 times. 

Shares of Mopshop Distribution and Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds are set to make their debut on the BSE SME platform today, August 26, 2026. However, investors may not see a blockbuster opening, with both stocks commanding only around a 1% premium in the grey market, pointing towards a largely flat listing.

Mopshop Distribution had launched its SME IPO at a price band of Rs 138 per share, raising a total of Rs 27.26 crore. The issue comprised a fresh issue of 16 lakh shares worth Rs 22.08 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4 lakh shares amounting to Rs 5.18 crore.

The IPO opened for subscription on August 19, 2026, and closed on August 21. The issue received an overall subscription of 1.59 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 2.91 times.


In the grey market, Mopshop Distribution shares are currently commanding a premium of around Rs 1, or 1%, over the issue price of Rs 138. Based on the latest GMP, the estimated listing price stands at approximately Rs 139 per share, suggesting a muted debut with limited listing gains. Mopshop Distribution plans to use the Rs 22.08 crore raised through the fresh issue to strengthen its financial position and expand operations. Of this, Rs 11.98 crore will go towards repaying borrowings, Rs 2.60 crore for purchasing commercial vehicles, Rs 1.05 crore for setting up a rooftop solar power plant, Rs 3.31 crore for general corporate purposes, and Rs 3.13 crore towards issue-related expenses.

Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds IPO Listing Today

Alongside Mopshop Distribution, Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds is also set to debut on the BSE SME platform today. The company priced its IPO in the range of Rs 95–Rs 99 per share, with the issue size pegged at Rs 26.73 crore.

The IPO opened on August 19, 2026, and closed on August 21. It received an overall subscription of 1.71 times. The retail investor portion saw stronger demand, with the category subscribed 3.08 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 1 time.

Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds is also seeing a subdued grey market response ahead of its listing. The latest GMP stands at around Rs 1, or 1%, over the upper price band of Rs 99. At this premium, the estimated listing price is around Rs 100 per share, indicating that the stock could make a near-flat debut.

Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds plans to use the net IPO proceeds of around Rs 19.20 crore for debt reduction and working capital requirements.

Both SME IPOs enter the market with modest grey market premiums of around 1%, suggesting that investors should temper expectations for sizeable listing-day gains.

Mopshop Distribution has an estimated listing price of Rs 139, compared with its issue price of Rs 138, while Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds could list at around Rs 100, against its upper issue price of Rs 99.

With both stocks indicating only marginal premiums, the focus after listing is likely to shift from short-term GMP trends to business performance, valuations, liquidity and long-term growth prospects.
