Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra has sold nearly 6% stake in Mahindra CIE Automotive through block deals on Monday. The automobile major has sold 2.30 crore shares of Mahindra CIE at ₹357.39 apiece, showed BSE block deals data. Society Generale bought 64.53 lakh shares worth ₹230 crore, while the rest of the buyers were unknown. As on December 31, 2022, M&M held 9.25% sake in Mahindra CIE.
