Mindtree co-founder K Natarajan, relatives offload over 42 lakh shares

BENGALURU: Mindtree co-founder Krishnakumar Natarajan and his immediate relatives have sold more than 42 lakh or 2.55 per cent shares in the IT services company for approximately Rs 530 crore.

The transaction took place in the open market between July 28 and September 14, said the company in a filing to the exchanges.

After the transaction, Natarajan jointly with his relatives Akila Krishnakumar, Siddarth Krishnakumar, and Abhirath Krishna Kumar hold 37.69 lakh or 2.29 per cent shares.


Before the transaction, Natarajan, Akila Krishnakumar, Siddarth Krishnakumar, and Abhirath Krishna Kumar, respectively held 3.68 per cent, 0.64 per cent, 0.31 per cent and 0.22 per cent.
