McNally Bharat Engineering Co to raise fresh resources

KOLKATA: McNally Bharat Engineering Co plans to raise fresh resources from the market through fresh issue of equity shares on rights basis.

The company's board is scheduled to meet on September 07, 2009, to consider its fund raising proposal. Proceeds from the same will be used to finance the company's growth and expansion plans, the company said in a notice sent across to the stock exchanges on Wednesday.
