Market Now: These stocks surged up to 20% on NSE

Over 115 stocks hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE.

Shares of Punjab National Bank, Idea Cellular, Hindalco were among the most traded stocks on NSE.
NEW DELHI: Shares of IFCI, The Sandesh, BSEL Infrastructure Realty, D B Realty, IVRCL and Adhunik Metaliks surged up to 20 per cent in Thursday's trade on NSE.

On the other hand, Vinyl Chemicals (India), Ansal Housing and Construction, Summit Securities and Morepen Laboratories jumped over 15 per cent on NSE.

Over 115 stocks, including APL Apollo Tubes, Arvind, Biocon, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and Jet Airways (India) hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's trade.


Shares of Punjab National Bank, Idea Cellular, Hindalco, Steel Authority of India, State Bank of India and Bharat Heavy Electricals were among the most traded stocks on NSE.

In the Nifty index, Larsen & Toubro, HCL Technologies, Hindalco Industries, Tata Steel, Hero MotoCorp and NTPC were among the top gainers.

However, Mahindra & Mahindra, Axis Bank, Maruti Suzuki India, Hindustan Unilever, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Bajaj Finance were among the top losers.
