Market Now: Stocks that surged 7%

Domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, were trading in green on Tuesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

During the day, Magnum Ventures was up 20 per cent, followed by Premier which was up 18.11 per cent and Pan India Corp up 16.67 per cent.

AMD Industries (up 15.52 per cent), REI Agro (up 14.29 per cent), Nakoda (up 14.29 per cent), Uttam Value Stl (up 10.00 per cent), Hisar Metal Ind (up 9.94 per cent), MBL Infra (up 9.83 per cent), Aurobindo Pharm (up 9.33 per cent), PG Electroplast (up 8.53 per cent), ENIL (up 8.43 per cent), Bharat Gears (up 8.06 per cent), Adani Enterprises (up 7.99 per cent), Liberty Shoes (up 7.86 per cent), Tree House Edu (up 7.65 per cent), Dhunseri Invst (up 7.44 per cent) and India Cements (up 7.10 per cent) were among other stocks that surged more than 7 per cent on Tuesday.

The 30-share index was trading 72.76 points up at 31182.04, while the 50-share index was 18.75 points up at 9623.65.

In the Nifty50 index, 34 stocks ended the day in green, while 17 stocks settled the day in red.
