Market Now: 15 stocks hit fresh 52-week lows today

NEW DELHI: As much as 15 stocks, such as Tata Tele, Piramal Phytocare, TV Vision, Sri Adhikari, SAB Events & Governance Now Media, Shilpi Cable Tec, Reliance Communications and Kanani Industries touched their fresh 52-week lows on NSE in Tuesday's trade.

However, TVS Electronics, Sanwaria Agro, Times Guaranty, Genus Paper & Boards, Salona Cotspin, Store One Retail and The Grob Tea Company were among the stocks that hit their fresh 52-week highs in trade so far.

Equity benchmarks were trading in the positive territory.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 27 points up at 10,016, while BSE Sensex was up 85 points at 31,932 around 09:54 am (IST).

Overall, 35 shares were trading in the green in the Nifty50 index, while 14 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Lupin, HCL Tech, Infosys, Aurobindo Pharm, Bharti Infratel, Hero MotoCorp, UPL Ltd, Cipla, Coal India Ltd, IndusInd Bank, RIL, Bajaj Finance were among top gainers.

HPCL, Ambuja Cements, BPCL, Indian Oil Corporation, HDFC, Vedanta Ltd, GAIL, ITC, Adani Ports SEZ, Bosch, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto were trading in the red.
