Marico acquires 85% stake in Vietnamese co;stk down

MUMBAI: Marico has acquired 85% equity stake in International Consumer Products Corporation, a Vietnamese company engaged in consumer products business. The stock was at Rs 124.15, down 0.24 per cent on the BSE. It moved between a high of Rs 128.25 and low of Rs 124.15 in trade so far.
