Manpasand beverages board meet on June 27

AHMEDABAD: Homegrown beverages company Manpasand Beverages Ltd on Thursday informed the BSE and the NSE that the board meeting would be held on June 27. The board would consider and approve audited financial results and audited report for Q4 of the last fiscal, it said.

The company mentioned that the audit report is given by Mehra Goel and Co., chartered accountants, the firm appointed by the board on May 27 in casual vacancy as statutory auditors.

Deloitte Haskins and Sells India was the auditor of Manpasand for eight years before it resigned on May 26 over allegations that the later was withholding information. In its reply to BSE then, Manpasanad had refuted the allegations.
