Manjushree Extrusions closes at 17% premium
Manjushree Extrusions closed on Thursday at Rs 52.70, a premium of 17.11 per cent or Rs 7.7 on BSE, against the issue of Rs 45.
The stock listed at Rs 48. It touched a high of Rs 66 and low of Rs 47. Around 3,15,94,603 shares were traded in the BSE counter.
The company raised over Rs 23 crore via follow on public. The funds raised are proposed to be utilised to part finance the expansion cum diversification project at a cost of Rs 53.70 crore. A term loan of Rs 18 crore was sanctioned by State Bank of India for the project.
