In a regulatory filing on the BSE on Monday, the company reported that its consolidated revenue from operations grew by 33% YoY in Q1FY27 to Rs 1,364 crore, from Rs 1,026 crore in Q1FY26, reflecting consistent scale-up across core product categories, increasing wallet share with OEMs and premiumization-led value enhancement.
The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 205 crores for Q1FY27 compared to Rs 136 crores in the same quarter last year, showing a growth of 51% YoY. EBITDA margins stood at 15.1%, an increase of 190 bps YoY on the back of operational efficiencies, cost optimization and a favorable product mix.
The board of directors approved the establishment of a new manufacturing plant of Intelligent Ambient Comfort (IAC) division of the company at Chakan, Maharashtra, which will cater to the new orders received from Mahindra & Mahindra. The facility will be commissioned in two phases: Phase 1 by Q4FY27 and Phase 2 by Q1FY28.
MD Anmol Jain said that the company’s Q1 performance was broad-based across product categories, driven by the continued scale-up of existing products and increasing penetration of its value-added product portfolio, as per the regulatory filing.
“The automotive industry has delivered a strong start to FY27, with production witnessing healthy growth of 22% YoY with all major vehicle segments reporting good traction.” He said, adding that the ongoing premiumization of vehicles, rising adoption of advanced technologies, and increasing content per vehicle continue to create significant opportunities for auto component manufacturers, supporting both volume and value growth.
