Lemon Tree Hotels IPO to open on March 26; price band fixed at Rs 54-56

Mumbai: Lemon Tree Hotels will open its initial public offer for subscription on March 26 and close on March 28.

The Delhi-based company, which has three brands -- Red Fox, Lemon Tree and Lemon Tree Premier -- has fixed its IPO price band at Rs 54 to Rs 56.

The budget and mid-market hotel will be raising Rs 1,000 crore through an offer for sale of upto 18.5 crore shares.


Kotak Mahindra Capital,CLSA India,JP Morgan are the bankers to the issue.
