MUMBAI: KSK Energy Ventures Monday listed at Rs 210.05 on NSE, a discount of 12.22 per cent or Rs 29.35 against the issue price of Rs 38.
The stock fell to Rs 197.30 along with the market. It touched a low of Rs 195. The high was Rs 234.80. Around 22,63,387 shares have been traded so far on NSE.
On the BSE, KSK Energy opened at Rs 220. It hit a high of Rs 234.80 and low of Rs 195.05. At 10:20 am, it was Rs 197.30 on volume of 17,93,870 shares.
The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the IPO, which was subscribed 1.50 times, to part fund the Wardha Power project and finance the equity component of 1,800 MW coal-based thermal power plant at Chhattisgarh.
