KPR Mill to list Tuesday; issue priced at Rs 225

MUMBAI: KPR Mill Ltd, a vertically integrated apparel company, will list on the stock exchanges on Tuesday. The company had priced the 5,912,100-share issue at Rs 225 per share, the lower band of the book built offer which was subscribed just 1.19 times. The upper price was Rs 265.

The company raised Rs 133 crore from the float. KPR plans to fund the expansion of existing facility at Arasur, Coimbatore, from the proceeds; set up a design studio, construct an additional hostel facility at Arasur; expand processing facility at Perundurai; invest in a new knitting facility at Arasur; add balancing equipments at existing spinning facility at Sathyamangalam.
