KPIT Cummins to invest Rs 5cr in China subsidiary; stocks down

MUMBAI: KPIT Cummins Infosystems has approved allotment of 7,758,621 equity shares of Rs 2 each on preferential basis to Warhol Limited. It plans to invest upto Rs 5 crores, in a phased manner, in its wholly owned subsidiary in China.

The stock was at Rs 155.15, down 2.05 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 161.25 and low of Rs 154.20 in trade so far.
