MUMBAI: Koutons Retail India's initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 45.21 times at the close of the issue on Friday.
The company received total bids for 159 million equity shares, a press release said here.
Koutons, an integrated apparel manufacturing and retail firm, had entered the capital market with its IPO of 3,524,439 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price band of Rs 370-Rs 415 per share.
JM Financial Consultants was the book-running lead manager (BRLM) and Karvy Investor Services the co-BRLM for the issue.
The company proposes to list the shares on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
