Khyati Global Ventures shares to list today. Here's what to expect

The shares of Khyati Global Ventures will debut on the c platform on Friday. Ahead of the listing, the company's shares had no GMP in the unlisted market.

Considering the upper price band of Rs 99, the stock is expected to see a flat to negative listing.

However, it is important to note that grey market premiums are just an indicator as to how the company's shares are stacked up in the unlisted market and are subject to change rapidly.


Net proceeds from the IPO are proposed to be utilised for funding working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

The company is an exporter and re-packager of a variety of FMCG products which include sub-categories of food stuff, non-food FMCG products, household products, festive handicraft items.

It also deals with Indian brands used worldwide such as Everest, Parle G, MDH, Fortune, Aashirvaad, Gowardhan, Balaji Wafers, Haldiram’s, Himalaya, Dove, Colgate, Unilever, Godrej among others,

Its major customers are wholesalers and super market importers who run a chain of supermarkets located in foreign countries.

The company believes its endeavor to facilitate one stop vendor for the customers every purchase need, along with the competitive pricing due to local market knowledge, careful product assortment and supply chain efficiencies, has helped achieve growth and success.

Khyati is also an asset-light in respect of its plant, property and equipment which enable it to achieve a high return on capital
employed, with a substantial portion of sales being generated through the warehouse.

"We do not believe in opening stores rather operating through a warehouse and being able to export to more than 40 countries currently," the company said.
