MUMBAI: Kale Consultants Ltd has acquired privately held Zero Octa UK, a leading provider of airline revenue assurance, protection and audit services. The company did not give the acquisition cost.
Zero Octa has offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, with delivery centres in Mumbai and Goa. The company’s client list boasts of Star Alliance, Continental Airlines, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, South African Airways, Singapore Airlines and Air-India.
“The addition of Zero Octa will advance Kale’s vision to be the leader in the revenue management space and will strengthen our presence as a leading solutions provider to the airlines industry,” said Vipul Jain, managing director and chief executive officer, Kale Consultants.
The acquisition will add 30 leading airlines to Kale’s client list, taking it to 70 in the travel and transportation industry.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Kale Consultants share was at Rs 93.50, up 2% over Monday’s close.
