MUMBAI: JPMorgan Mutual Fund on Monday settled with Sebi a securities law violation case related to the non-convertible debentures of Amtek Auto by paying Rs 8.07 crore. The regulator said it had initiated enquiry proceedings against the fund house by issuing a show-cause notice on December 10, 2015, alleging violation of mutual fund regulations.
