Jindal Poly Films zoom on buzz of European acquisition
The company is in talks to buy the operations of DuPont Films (DTF) for Rs 2,000 crore - ET

The scrip touched an intraday high and low at Rs 407 and Rs 360 respectively.
According to report in Economic Times, the company is in talks to buy the operations of DuPont Films (DTF) for Rs 2,000 crore.
Jindal Poly Films’ Dutch arm may help it to finalise the deal.
If the deal is materialized, the company will join the club of world's largest in the category of polyester (PET) and polypropylene (OPP) films manufacturing which is dominated by firms such as, Kangde Xin Composite Material, ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell and Reliance Industries.
